Florida real estate specialist
Carina Cathomen has been working in the construction and real estate industry in Switzerland since 2013.
She started in an electrical company which covered the service areas from electrical installations to KNX and photovoltaic systems.
This was followed by working as a management assistant in an architecture and engineering office, which carried out the planning and coordination of the entire HLKKSE. She was commissioned to look after international customers, and she is also in possession of the clerk’s Swiss diploma Property management.

Marianne Cathomen relocated from Switzerland to Florida in 2012. She has been working in the real estate and vacation rental industry on Anna Maria Island on the Gulf of Mexico with international clients since 2014.
She was a co-owner of a real estate and vacation rental company on the Island.
In her area of responsibility belonged mainly marketing, rentals, property management, as well as remodels, interior design, furnishing, staging and much more.
